What do I need to bring in order to open a residential account?


You need to be 18 years or older and bring with you the following documentation:

  • Valid proof of identification
    St. Eustatius ID card, Dutch passport or St. Eustatius driver license.
  • Proof of income
    e.g.: Copy of pay slips from the last two (2) months, letter from the employer verifying that you have permanent employment.
  • Proof of address of residence
    Copy of registration in the civil registry at the current address, with the document being no more than six (6) months old or proof of payment from GEBE or Cable TV from the last three (3) months.
  • Copy of work permit (if applicable)
  • Written authorization letter from landlord (if applicable)




What do I need to bring in order to open a business account?


  • Proof of registration with the Chamber of Commerce that is no more than six (6) months old.
  • Valid proof of identification of the person that appears in the registry of the Chamber of Commerce
    St. Eustatius ID card, Dutch passport or St. Eustatius driver license.




Can I transfer my telephone number to a new/ other address?


Yes, you can. You can come by at our customer service desk to process your request.
Eutel charges $55.87 for each address transfer.




Can I change the name the name on my telephony account?


Yes, you can. You can come by at our customer service desk to process your request.
Eutel charges $15.00 for each name change.




Can I change my telephone number?


Yes, you can. You can come by at our customer service desk to process your request.
Eutel charges $85.00 for each name change.




I forgot my internet password, what do I do?


You can contact our customer service desk to have your password reset.
Eutel charges $ 25.00 for each password reset.




What to do in case of death of a subscriber?


In case of death of a subscriber Eutel will terminate the account within one (1) month. If a member of the household wants to take over the account then he/she needs to come to our customer service desk within one month of passing of the subscriber and bring along:

  • The death certificate
  • Proof of relationship with the deceased
  • Valid proof of identification




Is it possible to obtain account details or itemization?


Yes. Please note that requests for account information such as outstanding invoice, payment receipt, account statement, itemized call listing or any other detail of a customer can only be made by the registered customer. Any other person requesting this info must have a written consent or authorized document including proof of identification of both owner and authorized person.
Call details can be requested for up to the last three (3) months.




How to report weekend outages?


To report weekend outage call 318-2500. Subscribers can leave a voice note with the issue at hand and the on-call technician will investigate the matter.

  • Friday outages reported after 4:00PM will be taken care of on Saturday between 10:00AM to 5:00PM
  • Saturday outages reported after 5:00PM will be taken care of on Sunday between 10:00AM to 5:00PM
  • Sunday outages reported after 5:00PM will be taken care of Monday during regular office hours
